Newly remodeled kitchen in Tampa Bay by Family First 365 — custom cabinets, stone countertops, and tile backsplash.

Full-Service Kitchen Remodels

Everything your kitchen needs, under one roof — no juggling five different trades yourself.

Custom & Semi-Custom Cabinets

Full cabinet replacement with quality boxes, soft-close doors and drawers, and storage that actually fits how you cook — deep drawers, pull-outs, pantry organizers, and lazy Susans where they count.

Quartz & Granite Countertops

Stone countertops that handle Florida life — heat, spills, and daily prep. We'll walk you through quartz vs. granite vs. other options honestly, including what each costs and how it wears.

Tile Backsplash & Flooring

Hand-set tile backsplashes and new flooring — tile, luxury vinyl plank, or hardwood — installed level and tight, with grout and transitions done right the first time.

Layout Reconfiguration

Cramped galley? Closed-off kitchen? We open walls (where structure allows), relocate plumbing and electrical, and redesign the layout so the kitchen actually works for your family.

Islands & Peninsulas

Kitchen islands with seating, storage, and prep space — plumbed and wired properly, with countertops that overhang right and support that lasts.

Lighting & Electrical

Under-cabinet lighting, recessed cans, pendant drops over the island, and dedicated circuits for modern appliances — all permitted and inspected.

Plumbing & Fixtures

New sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, pot fillers, and dishwasher hookups — roughed in and finished by licensed plumbers, no leaks, no callbacks.

Paint & Finish Carpentry

Crown molding, baseboards, casing, and cabinet painting with proper prep — the details that make a remodel look finished instead of "almost done."

How Your Kitchen Remodel Works

A straight process, no guesswork.

1. Free Estimate & Walkthrough

We come out, look at your kitchen, listen to what you want, and measure everything. You get a detailed written estimate — line by line, no vague allowances.

2. Design & Selections

Cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, paint — we guide every choice and flag what holds up in Florida humidity versus what just looks good in a showroom.

3. Permits & Scheduling

We pull the permits, order materials with real lead times, and schedule every trade in sequence. You know the start date and the plan before demo day.

4. Build & Final Walkthrough

Demo through finishes with daily cleanup and dust control. We walk the finished kitchen with you, punch-list anything imperfect, and don't call it done until you'd show it off.

Kitchen Remodel Questions

Straight answers before you call.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Tampa Bay?

Most of our Tampa Bay kitchen remodels fall between $25,000 and $75,000 depending on size, cabinet choice, countertop material, and how much of the layout changes. A cosmetic refresh (paint, backsplash, fixtures) can run less; a full gut with custom cabinets, new layout, and high-end finishes runs more. We give every project a detailed written estimate before work starts — no surprises.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

A typical full kitchen remodel takes 4 to 8 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Cabinet lead times are usually the longest pole in the tent, so we order early and schedule trades tight. We'll give you a real timeline up front and keep you posted if anything shifts.

Do I have to move out during the remodel?

Usually not. We seal off the work area with dust barriers, keep a clear path through the house, and clean up daily. You'll be without a working kitchen for part of the project — most families set up a temporary station with a microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge in another room.

Do you handle permits for kitchen remodels?

Yes. As a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC 1535379), we pull all required permits and schedule inspections in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, and Manatee counties. Electrical, plumbing, and structural changes all get permitted properly.

Should I reface my cabinets or replace them?

If the cabinet boxes are solid and you like the layout, refacing can save money. But if the layout doesn't work, the boxes are damaged, or you want deeper drawers and modern storage, replacement is the better investment. We'll look at what you have and give you an honest recommendation — not an upsell.

Do you help with design and material selections?

Yes. We walk you through every selection — cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, fixtures, paint colors — and tell you straight what holds up in Florida humidity and daily family use versus what just photographs well. You make the calls; we make sure the choices work together and fit the budget.
